Hi Jerry,

I took a look at the site you porvided and decided not to try to install any special tar files that needed to be compiled, etc. Also, I found a link to an RPM but it was for RedHat Linux 6.0, and I'm afraid of it, because of protential dependency problems betweem the 7.3 libraries and the 6.0 libraries. Also took a look at XF86Config-4. It appears the commands were correctly built into this file from the Xconfigure script; However, I could not get my Logitech mouse wheel to scroll the browser window. I also tried using the mouse option under the setup program, but never found an option where I could select a Logitect three button wheel mouse, so had to settle for the generic PS/2 three button mouse.

Mabey RedHat Linux will provide the proper drivers to auto find and configure my mouse during installation in their forthcoming version 8.
