Anyway, I've looked at the execution plan that the QA provides and it is telling me that most everything costs about 0% except for items:

- Bookmark Lookup: Cost 62%
- Remote Scan 34%
- tablename.PK 3%

The Bookmark tells me to use a Bookmark (RID or Clustring Key) to look up the corresponding row... (WITH PREFETCH)

Any suggestions?
