genrepox replaces preview toolbar using timer. It is nice because
you can add your own buttons - i need save as button to save
report to text file (using report ... ascii )

but replacement toolbar cannot have zoom percent control,
it is possible to emulate other preview controls.

maybe it can be done by adding buttons to standard preview toolbar
in timer event?

i tested: this program maximizes preview even without nowait keyword !?

After user presses esc to close maximized report preview, next windows which
becomes active, gets auto-maximized. How to avoid this?
