I remember having read an article with more or less same content back in 1966 or so. The trouble with this sort of stuff is that news happen when they happen, and the newspaper has to be published every day, news or no news. So there's always a bunch of recyclable things - maybe ten others like me remember it after such a long time, and we surely don't affect the sales.
