Thre are two file 'VFP6R.DEP' and 'ACTIVEX.DEP' in 'Microsoft Visual Studio\Vfp98\Distrib.src' subdirectory, that can provide you with some info. Take also look at Re: Understanding Msm's Thread #637359.
