I don't know what the actual shipping fees would be to reach you.
But I too have faced (intermittently, with no discernible pattern) high fees BUT they had nothing to do with Hentzenwerkes. The fees I had to pay were related to "customs clearing" and "GST (tax) collection" and were imposed by the shipping company itself!

Of course each time this happened I would contact Hentzenwerkes to ask them to use alternate shipping methods next time, and they always did accommodate. But I guess it just got to be too much for them to handle.
