Thanks Tamar. What about simple "structural" changes aimed at improving the 'speed' of its utility? Things like:
1) Stating what is returned, not just the type, when applicable;
2) Stating "Optional" beside the parameter name line when it is an optional parameter;
3) Stating the default, when applicable, in the parameter name line itself as opposed to within the definition or the remarks section;
4) Something to make changes from the immediately prior version easy to identify.
