Well, Michel, my request is extremely simple (though maybe not simple to implement). . . come up with some way to significantly reduce the chances of duplicate entries being made.

I did NOT want to suggest any "solution" because I knew it would lead to something like this. BUT the fact remains that this is a serious problem and would be a very valuable thing to FIX.

I believe that it is a problem most worthy of serious review for improvement.

>Well, if you get only one, that's because there's only one which matches what you entered. If the entry is there, than the user(s) didn't use the term you wish they would have used. So, this makes your search to find them more difficult. Or, maybe there aren't simply any other similar entries. But, this is not something we have invented. This is how search engines works. If you go to Google and enter some keywords and you end up with no search, that's because the related records with those keywords are not present. In that case, you'll try to think of other related keywords and proceed on your search quest.
