What is the actual error message you receive? Are you using Windows 2000? If so, disable write cache on the hard drive.
In the meantime, as to your form, unless you can provide more information (the actual error message) if you do not have a backup, you will have to fix it by hacking the scx. (or find the parent class and put it back so that the form you are opening can find it if the error has to do with a class not found.)
