We ship Hentzenwerke books to Malaysia, and it's certainly not 2x the price of the book, even for one book. You save even more on shipping if you order several at once.
We use the concept of "shipping points" -- loosely based on the weight of each book. Shipping to Malaysia by international courier (which is tracable and is delivered to your door) is AUD55 per 6 shipping points or part thereof. Shipping by standard air mail (non-tracable, but cheaper) is also available.
