I havent tried this because

1. I use VFP 7. I expect that this is corrected in VFP 7 as noted in KB article you pointed:

This bug was corrected in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 3

2. _fpreset() fixes only exception 10H errors. However, I got a blue screen and fatal error at VxD (ring 0) level. However, VxD name is not shown, only some numbers.
I my knowledge, resetting numeric processor cannot fix this.
