VFP is included in Universal, Enterprise, and Professional. Office and Front Page are included only in Universal. If you already own VFP 6 or 7, I think you can get an upgrade to an MSDN subscription. If you look around, you'll also find other deals that you can also use. I have a friend here in SLC that got a Universal subscription for about $1200.
Information on the different subscription levels is available at:

>>You're best bet may be to get an MSDN Universal subscription. Not only will you get Office and FrontPage, but you'll get Visual Studio, VFP7, and VFP8 when it's released. Also Microsoft servers and operating systems are included. But wait.. there's more! You'll also get updates everymonth for a year!
