You are aware of course that an english pint is not the same as an american pint.
An american gallon is 3.78 liters, has 8 american pints, and 128 american ounces.
A british gallon is 4.56 liters, has 160 british ounces and 8 british pints.
You don't need statistics to lie, just change the nationality of the units.
That is not even going into dry vs fluid ounces ...
