I used the sample MSDN article to write a little download program. I cannot get it to work on a client's machine that is SBS2K using a cable-modem setup with a proxy.

IE on the machine is setup with a manual proxy to SERVERNAME:8080.

I tried the proxy settings to no avail.

Then I used WWIPSTUFF to try and test my InternetOpen code. It will not work with WWIPSTUFF.

Could there be something in SBS2K, the ISA Server, or something else blocking VFP from opening an Internet connection / reading a URL?

The technician who installed the network has not returned my messages.
