I think this can't be changed with the normal object properties. You can change it in the Control Panel.

It is usually recommended to let the user decide what color scheme to use - whatever the user chooses in the Control Panel is used in most applications. This is called to "respect the user's preferences", although a new user, who never visited the corresponding sections of the Control Panel, might not even know that these are "his preferences"!
