I tried utilizing the command group. This works. I execute the 'print is disabled' message code in the command group click if the command button is disabled.

>BTW - additional info: This app was converterted, I think, with the conversion utility that converts a 2.6 app to vfp. The converter makes every individual button part of a command group - either the converter did this or the people who originally wrote the app did it - I'm not sure. Maybe I can use this to my advantage by keeping the command group enabled but the button itself disabled? I haven't tested this yet. Just thought of it now while writing...
