I want to know if a theres is a code for tranfering files, for example....

I have a form with a botton that whent i push it i want to start tranfering a file from a pad(in my intranet) to a nother pad in the intranet....(Is it possible that in the tranfering period it coud be rename???)

Is there a code, cos i just can get it...
