GenGraph is probably not working because the MSGraph Version it is trying to use is NOT REGISTERED as the DEFAULT Graph utility in that workstation.

Often, new machines or upgrades in MS Office will switch the default to a newer MSGraph. GenGraph works well with Graph5 (but apparently is unable to use Graph8).

Look for these files:

Graph5.REG (Run to register Graph5)
AutoConv.EXE (Run and switch to DEFAULT!)
* Gren50.OLB
* Grintl.DLL
* SCP.DLL
* SDM.DLL
You may also need to execute GRAPH5.EXE directly once for all to "activate".

Make sure the AutoConv flag to DEFAULT remains "ON".
