I have. I think the problem is that my machine has msxml4 whereas I am told that xmltocursor uses msxml3. I cannot get msxml3 to register. I am going to unregister msxml4 and try again. This is weird!
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
