CR85 has any function like EMPTY() (CR Syntax or VB Syntax)?

I want to make code as :

dEmpty = {}
nEmpty = 0
cEmpty = ""

and these next three expresion returns true:

EMPTY(dEmpty)

EMPTY(nEmpty)

EMPTY(cEmpty)
