Thank you for the link. My first thought at seeing this was, “Ross Perot” Now here is a chart depicting… and here is another chart… My thinking is that the timeline is too short to be meaningful. If the data included January 1995 until the present we might see more of a trend. Data, charts and statistics are a topic within themselves. They reflect what the author wishes to present.

I do not doubt the accuracy or intent of the author to provide his thoughts on this subject. I am not sure that an accurate representation has been given.
