I am trying to figure out IIS. My system is XP PRo. I have set up IIS and have been trying to get a response from IIS through foxISAPI. Yet, each attempt has forwarded an error page.
The MS papers on setting up foxISAPI seem to frustrate my efforts, like referrring to ODEBUG.PRG as OLDEBUG.prg, etc.
But I have copied foxISAPI.DLL and foxISAPI.ini to my c:\InetPub\Scripts folder. I did not find a reference for registering foxISAPI.DLL. I did run a status check using:
HTTP://MyServer/Scripts/Foxisapi.dll/StatusI know if I could just get my first bite - I would be a long way to figuring this stuff out. I will keep drilling the documentation, but if anyone has [any] ideas on how to check or confirm a proper IIS and foxISAPI setup, or pointers to helpful information, please, by all means - step up - I just need ONE bite on the server to move on.
Thanks
Terry
