It may be an issue of not seeing the forest for the trees, but I can't get my head around the best way to do the following.

Overview:
I have a Teacher grid which has it's recordsource set to a view (Teachers_v). The view is filtered based on the student selected from a combobox. The grid allows for the selection of a students teachers (indicated by logical field in Teachers_v) to schedule for a parent meeting.

What the user wants:
When the teachers are shown for a student, they want teachers highlighted yellow when that teacher has already been selected for another student.

Now it's easy enough to check for this condition but how do I incorporate a check like this into something like DynamicBackColor? Or is there a better way to accomplish this?
