I am trying to help someone out with a problem that they are having with a VFP5 based application. The application configures correctly on Win95 and Win98 workstations but only works the first time run on a Win2K workstation. Subsequent runs of the program produce the following error -

Error: MFC Error
*** Unable to process ADO Error *** (MFC Exception was raised while processing ADO Error)

The error is produced right after making a call to a OPENCONNECTION method in a ActiveX control. The software is about 3 versions old now but the company doesn't want to update it ($$$) because it won't be used for much longer. I know this isn't much information but that is all I have to go on. Anybody have any ideas on why it would only work the first time run in Win2K?
