I have VFP 5 installed in my computer works fine to development but when I go to Windows Explorer and try run the EXE, I receive this message: "Visual FoxPro Cannot Start. Could not load resources."

I already reinstall VFP 5 and erase all FOXUSER that I've found. What should I do?
