Have you tried to add the BMPs to your project yet? I know you have tried your executable on another machine and it worked; but for the sake of a rather simple test...

1. Add BMPs to the project.
2. Recompile
3. Test.

If it fails:

1. Remove BMPs from project
2. Recompile
3. Back to square one and that option is ruled out.
