I was not able to find any information on the following. Is it documented anywhere? or is it a bug?
* VFP7/VFp6/.../FoxPro for DOS 2.5
ln=139.8
set compatible off &&default
?trans(ln,'999') &&returns 139
set compatible on
?trans(ln,'999') &&returns 140
