When it comes to VFP I sometimes wonder. Out of the box, marketing, policy, business or whatever. Somehow I think there will be no 120-day Free Trial. We do not want to promote the product do we?
Rationalizations:
Microsoft.
1. Sales of VFP 7.0 were not great enough to pay for a Free Trial CD.
2. The product is only aimed at present users who must “upgrade”.
Present Users.
1. We don’t need no stinking Free Trial CD. Either buy the full product or shut up!
2. Free Trial CD’s are for sissies!
