My client is clicking on their desktop short cut and getting "File 'rt.exe' does not exist" (they read it to me so I believe this is the exact error). Rt.exe is an VFP 6 SP2 application that resides on the novell server. Thinking that the shortcut is wrong, they go into Windows Explorer and double click the file rt.exe and get the same message. Others in the office use the same software (rt.exe) on the server and do not get the message. Any thoughts?Brenda,
Are you sure the shortcuts are set up the same way for all the users (e.g. path, start-in directory)? Are the Novell access rights the same for all the users involved?
