I am assigning 80% of the available memory as Foreground memory to App A. App A continues with it's processing. So can I assign only 20% of memory to App A as back ground memory(if I want to assign 80% to App B as foreground memory)?

App A
Foreground = 80%
Background = 20%

App B
Foreground = 80%

App B terminates before App A and never becomes a background app.

Does these percentages make sense?
