The book addresses both questions. You should have came to our FoxPro Users Group last night. Cathi Gero was our speaker and she was the editor on that book. I just received my copy last night. It's gives a good overview of .Net from a FoxPro programmer point of view. But I don't think that just one book will cover all the bases on .Net.
