Well... Most of the windows dialogs seem to use...
OK CANCEL APPLY
With OK saving and closing the window, cancel not saving and closing the window, and Apply just saving. Also, Apply is only enabled when there are pending changes.
I personally don't like to have View and Edit modes as is implied with an edit button.
