I will visit your site. I must confess that I really jumped the gun. I took Rick's examples and was attempting to COMmunicate through foxISAPI, before I had even installed the server. Rick teased me with the ease of page two - I initially ignored the remaining forty pages - that discussed how to set up and administer IIS. Now I am rushing to get enough of an understanding of IIS run some ideas through IIS :)

www.dvrss.com/products.htm. I used FoxISAPI as a learning curve, but I too had too many problems dealing with it. Since that I wrote my own ISAPI dll handler which works somewhat similar to that of FoxISAPI. You may want to take a look and consider it.
