There is nothing like the server explorer for SQL databases in VFP, but the Data tab of the Project Manager provides a lot of that functionality for native tables, and also allows you to browse views of SQL databases.

I looked at the server explorer and noticed that I could use it to "browse" tables and edit stored procedures. However, since there are so many things it doesn't do I'll have to keep Query Analyzer open all the time.
