It may be a bug, but I can certainly understand why Intellisense gets confused. You are writing code in MyMethod, you type MyMethod( and intellisense then has to access the MyMethod definition to get the parameters for it and it happens to be the same method you are currently editing (causing the possibility the the parameters may be being changed) and then Intellisense gets hosed.
