Hi!

It should display because popup menu is another Windows window. Though this is assumption - I never tried it in real work. If it does not show abovethe ActiveX, you can create your own form without frame and titlebar, and show popup inside of it. I used this approach to show popup menu for tray icon, but only because no any VFP form displayed when app is minimized to tray icon :-).
