Sounds like a good direction to go. What component do I need to add or reference from my .Net project to give me this ability for a machine that does not have any MS-Office component (let alone Word) installed on it ???

TIA !!!
Jace

>They don't have to purchase word. You can automate the SAVE AS task using Word automation. This would be a very easy thing to do.

>>>This is not an answer to your question but if you create MS Word docs, you can save them in WP format via SAVE AS. Just a thought...
