>>I wonder what forums they reviewed participation for on .net? I noticed that regular contributors on the UT's .net section did not make it and I felt at least three were definitely deserving (KM, CG, and BB)...also I can think of two more off the top of my head that regularly contribute reliable resolutions in VFP on the UT: Steve Gibson and John Livermore.

>By CG, do you mean Cathi Gero? If so, she made it as a VFP MVP. You only get the award for 1 product. I do agree, she is qhalified in my eyes as a .Net MVP as well.
So you know, the VFP MVP awards focused on people helping VFP developers, and there were about 10% of the 44 or so MVPs who specialize in other areas beyond VFP helping VFP developers and the FoxPro community. Next year things might change with the MVP program where we either have MVPs with multiple areas of expertise or simply let MVPs pick their area, we are not sure yet. Since you are an MVP Mark, you can provide your feedback to me directly anytime. Thanks for all your support and help.
I heard the Dallas user group went well last week with Cathi speaking. I actually looked into the availablity of a later flight for my lay over in Dallas to see if it was possible that I did a surprise showing at the Dallas user group for fun that night, but it was not possible and I needed to be back to work on Friday.
