It seems to have made it's way behind the Form.
I have to hide the form to see the Progbar.
additionally ---
_SCREEN.Left= 30
_SCREEN.Height= 135
_SCREEN.Width= 312
_SCREEN.Top= 30
_SCREEN.AlwaysOnTop= .T.
_SCREEN.AutoCenter= .T.

and I never had to make the above adjustments in order to see the progress.

Some how the ProgBar Class no longer orientates itself to the Form. It now relies on the SCREEN (which I useually have hiden) ...
I've tried Form Properties

Always on bottom= T
AutoCenter =T
desktop =T
windowstate= 2

How may I place the Progbar back on TOP of the form and no screen!
