Interesting John....I've never experienced this...maybe a delay by email, but phone support has always been immediate and effective...I only have 15 Pro series and 7 Vision Point clients. There are too many global variables to deal with, old code, etc... but tech support and my BPAM have always come through for me. I really have no complaints...As far as price....for the companies I deal with, they're really getting out pretty cheap. There are more expensive alternatives and I have yet to find anything that enforces strict accounting rules as the ACCPAC products do...I have had this discussion several times....It appears to me that people are extremely satisfied with ACCPAC or extremely disatisfied...I happen to be one of those who finds it a highly modifiable solution with good support and, to me, the company stands behind their product and my clients are happy with what they got...
