I only changed
BindingManagerBase loBindingManager = this.dgTels.BindingContext[this.Datagrid1.DataSource, this.Datagrid1.DataManager];
for
BindingManagerBase loBindingManager = this.dgTels.BindingContext[this.Datagrid1.DataSource, this.Datagrid1.DataMember];

and everything works now perfectly.
