Mike,

I know that the SQL Server has tables "included" (whatever that means). If I do a SQL select for a table that doesn't exist, I'll get an error returned, right? I guess that means the table has not yet been added to the database.

Michael Levy's response w/regards to using SQL's OBJECT_ID() function should give you what you need in terms of checking for the table's existence in the database.

BTW, You must regularly play drums to be able to play as long as you did at the Jam sessions. And you were very good!

Thank you very much for the compliment and for checking out the jam sessions down in Ft Lauderdale. My previous band used to practice once a week for 2-3 hours and our gigs would generally last around 3-4 hours. So, I'm used to the long haul so to speak. These days I just attend local open jam sessions once or twice a week to play with other people and it's fun! :)

Laterness,
Jon
