A group of farmers I feel for is in the Klamath Falls, Oregon area. After the Second World War a number of GI’s took up farms in that under Federal Government guarantees, one of which was the Federal Government would supply water. Well, the EPA decided to change that and protecting a fish became more important than legal agreements. Water was cut off to the farmers and their land cannot be farmed. Do not trust the government. I think some native Americans found that out.
