Hi, John.
It mostly runs on Win 95, but you wouldn't get such an indication from Microsoft, as Windows 95 is no longer supported since more than a year ago (or it's just two years?).
Even here in Argentina, living one of our worst economic crisis, we have already pushed all of our customers up at least to Win 98 Second Edition. Believe me, it is worth doing it. Also, I would recommend avoiding Win ME at all. It has lot of problems in a corporate environment.
Good luck!
