Yo did not got it. Once CD with VFP8 is on hands, there is a help files (Is it included?) and VFP8 itself. The complete list of improvements is in the VFP8 help, as well as you can try to find a person with VFP8 CD on hands and just TRY if it works in VFP8 or finxed in VFP8 :-))) I do not think any things not listed in mentioned information sources, though if this is a case, such things are no longer under NDA anyway, as far as I know. The restirction is only that you could not copy/paste a part of help file and publish it anywhere.
