Make sure that you specify the RECORDSOURCE property of the grid to the specific table that you are using. Make sure as well that the CONTROLSOURCE property of each column in your grid corresponds to the specific field of your table. You also have to make sure that the table properties in your data environment are set in either PESSIMISTIC OR OPTIMISTIC BUFFERING.
