Actually UT does not allow us to present any type of the data. You can try to make some JScript code inside a script tag in a message and you will see what are the allowed html tags. If you wish to present HTML content from users, you can have function that prevents users from using tags other than a given set.
Also you may check wiki forums idea. They are moderated from the community. Owner makes snapshots of the modified content, so that it is possible to recover the state back after some mess done by the comunity.
