Well I must say this thread is getting more interesting than I first thought...

To answer some questions...
1. How many users? << Currently, 3 users at most will connect, although not always at the same time.

2. Security requirements? << Not much would be needed (so far)

3. Budget? << At this time, limited to dbf or mdb, and just VB. Since I don't use a lot of dbf, I wasn't sure if changing database formats would be a good idea. I notice that dbf seems to get everyone's vote so far... As for SQL Server, I don't have access to that at this time.
