Nevada is a bit strange if you are not accustomed to it. They have slot machines almost everywhere. An example is at the end of the line at the grocery store or drug store you will find a slot machine. Getting past a person in front of you with a grocery cart full who is playing a slot machine can be a trying experience.

My brother Bill and I were on a business trip a few years ago and as we checked out of the hotel he said, “Now I have to do my annual gambling”. He limited himself to $20 and used the dollar slot machine. After he put $19 down the “endless hole” he won $20. He then said, “Quit while you are ahead”! We walked out and Bill said he felt good. For a change he was ahead – even if it was only $1!
