>>I have a complex browser I wrote in VB 6.0 and it works well. Can I upgrade the browser control (currently based on IE 4.0) to a later version and still use VB 6.0. If so, are there any significant advantages? If I must go to VB.Net to do this, how difficult is the conversion VB 6.0 to VB.Net? Any help would be appreciated.

>You can definitely upgrade the IE to versions 5.0, 5.5 or 6.0 and still use the browser control in your VB6 app, almost in the same way. Depending on how you are using the object model, you may have to do some minor changes due to differences between 4.0 and 5.0

Thanks for the advice. I have upgraded to IE 6.0 and the browser seems to work with no problems under both Windows 98 SE and Windows 2000.
